How to share your Madgwick assistants
Madgwick assistants are designed not just for individual use, but for collaboration. Sharing a well-crafted assistant allows your colleagues to benefit from your work, either by using the tool you have built or by cloning it to create their own version. This is a simple way to distribute effective workflows and share expertise across your team and the university.
How to share an assistant
On your Madgwick dashboard, find the assistant you wish to share and click the three dots (...) on its tab.
Select Sharefrom the menu.
3. To share directly with colleagues, type their name or a team name into the search box.
4. To share via a link, select the option Anyone with the link can access and copy the generated link.
Understanding permission levels
When sharing, you can set one of two permission levels:
Read Only: This allows the user to interact with and use your assistant, but they cannot see its instructions or make any changes.
Full Access: This allows the user to duplicate the assistant, creating their own editable version. It functions like a 'save as' feature, giving them a template to adapt for their own needs.
